Worst hotel experience ever. With worst staff service got hair in our food the toilets are so dirty all the bed sheets and pillow covers are unwashed. No customer service. Even the owners charged us useless money and were giving another charge one day and the next day another rating charge. The water system is bad and we were left with no water for a hours and non of the AC work or the TV. They just run and try to loot the money of there customers as much as possible with just same food item each and every time with hairs in it. Worst worst worst. Think twice no thrice before booking this place .

Rooms are very dirty. I think they are not cleaning properly, specially the washrooms. For single family one night stay is ok. Service also not good. I asked reception boy to provide few water bottles but he did not provide the same. They have restaurant ground floor. I found the food ok as we ordered puri sabji, but again price is too high. Although location is near by Airport and roadside but you will not sleep peacefully. Whole night car and bike is honking. Better to stay VIP chowk area where lots of good hotels are there and it is walking distance to Airport.

Worst experience. No customer service, dirty rooms including washroom. They didn't provide complementary water bottle also. Absolutely worthless.

The room was normal not my expectation as the room was too small and a bit smelly but it's okay for that price

Extremely untidy room. Pathetic management. We were provided a very small room at first and on complaining allotted another room. How can you have different rooms for the same price? Also, the management did not like us for not having dinner from their restaurant. Staff was however polite and helping. Reply from the owner is self-explanatory of the attitude. Customers can expect accordingly.

The food is here is very ok. Now the hotel is mostly hosting small parties. It has amenities like lift and small parking area. Hall is quite big also. Overall its good to for small celebrations.

1. washroom was very dirty in general. 2. the floor and wall tiles had not been cleaned since long and had black dirt at the crevices. 3. The wash basin was stained and the wash basin outlet pipe was old and crumpled and thereby clogged the basin. 4. The commode was very unclean and had stains. Actually it is a very old commode and no regular maintenance and cleaning is being done. Has to put paper over the commode seat before using it. 5. The walls of the room had duty hand marks and scribblings, which made a very unsightly situation. 6. There were cob-webs all over the room. Minimum level of cleanliness was missing. Definitely not Oyo standard. 7. The bedsheets were stained and most probably reused without cleaning. 8. Same goes for the blankets which was even more stained and bore marks of being reused without cleaning. Overall not a good experience. Infact a very bad experience. I would certainly recommend Oyo not to recommend these hotels to customers because they tarnish the faith we have in Oyo brand (atleast clean linens and clean bathroom). These minimum requirements were missing in this hotel.

I had pre booked this hotel. When i reached hotel at 6am they denied room saying no rooms available. Pls be careful of this hotel. I then called oyo and they said 'pls book another hotel and cancel this'. There is no accountability taken by oyo or hotel. This worst experience for people coming from far and finding no where to stay. We walked almost 2kms to get another hotel. I wouldn't have taken effort to write comment if this was not serious. Never going to use OYO again and shams on such hotel responsibilities.
