D previous management was good & we are going there since 6 years but from last couple of times we are facing a very bitter treatment from reception people, they are least bother about customers & there is no room service at all except for boozers, they are not providing towels, soap, hot water, I don't prefer this hotel anymore & we won't recommend to anyone
