Don't book for this hotel they don't have any business ethics we booked 4 room for 2 night in September for 6 to 8 November from Make My Trip With Fully Paid but they declined our Check in it painful in Diwali times all hotel are house full. So requesting to stay away from any bookings to this non professional hotel management
Big example of poor hospitality,Dirty rooms dirty bathroom dirty pillow only one thing is good that large and spaces room and bathroom but it not enough without hospitality and cleanness. I can't say about the condition of other rooms but this the condition the room which provided to me.

These guys are monsters as they have no decency to talk with renters. Receptionist mouth is full of guthka. They don't even picked up my luggage so i have to drag my bags on 2nd floor. They even disrespect my driver and charged me even before check in . Worst experience ever.

The recent change in it managment .its about dec 2018.. Have a verry baddly behaving representetive in front desk .never have a coutsy to behave with coustemers .. Loundry cloth wasing only that also baddly and not iron facility ... Never think its a good one in so enteriour to bhuj city
