Worst restaurant of ajmer with worst manager. Not accepting mistake. In the menu it is written veg spring roll and they are not accepting. They don't know how to run a restaurant Worst manager not have any manners how to talk. Never visit

The worst place .please Never visit there , they will take a huge charges , there is no coffee maker there in room ,they placed a mini bar in room which is very much costly, eg .a chips which available in market is 20 rs they charged for that 40 . And same for other items , the food is worst .

I stayed only for one night with my Family. I enjoyed a lot. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The room was properly cleaned. The hotel food was also good. The market is just 2 minutes away and Dargah is just 500 mtrs away from the hotel . Railway station is also very close to the hotel. Good for family stay.

A good hotel near railway station with big spacious rooms and good restaurant The hotel is very near to ajmer railway station and also near to dargah sheriff. The room was spacious and they have a really nice restaurant. But the free breakfast is just ordinary, not with much choices and not a buffet. The hotel locality is little congested and not suitable if you have own vehicle, parking is on the road. Also the taxis offered by hotel have pacakge rates higher than local taxis or Ola.Suggest not to use the travel services, the vehicles are arranged from outside and drivers are very arrogant

I had booked this hotel basis the reviews and it was a worth decision. this hotel is ideally located in the city centre. I found it better to stay outside the fort hotels as they are cluttered. hotel has ample parking space. the hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. Rooms are good. I stayed in a super deluxe room 2 adults and 2 kids. the bay window seating is good enough to accommodate 2/people. good rooms and hotel ambience. food served in roof top restaurant is also great. you get a good view of the place at night. A must stay kind of property. real value for money. Good rooms, average bathroom and good food

Booked this one for my family and this turned out to be the best decision. Neelkamal Hotel is one of the best places to stay in Ajmer. Near to Railway station so it was not difficult to locate it. Hotel staff was really nice. Complimentary breakfast was included in our package but couldn't take it as we needed to visit places and were already late. Rooms are clean, beds were clean, toilets too nice and clean. Also high speed free wifi in your room so that was an added advantage. They charged Rs 30 for 2 cup of tea which according to me is cheapest for a hotel of this class. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and whenever Ajmer in mind Hotel Neelkamal will be our first and only choice.

Awesome place to be with family. Ample parking space. Delicious food. Courteous staff and very nice service. Will surely come again. Bhagwan g the owner of the hotel is very cooperative and the best part is he is very creative. Organised a party beautifully. Also available here a special brunch only in 188 rupees where anyone can eat unlimited on every Sunday. The ambience and elegance is the right saying about this hotel cum cafe and restaurant with full care and concern from staff.
