Hotel Neelam - Hotel in Moga, Bugipura - Moga, India

I recently stayed at hotel Neelam and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, and the amenities were top-notch. During my stay in this , I had the opportunity to dine at restaurant, which was located on-site. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Thanks for giving a reply for the review. First of all you have to learn the hospitality and how to recieve a guest. We already give all the proof by 5:30 pm that day. your staff member jaspreet dealing with us he know everything. we came for check in at 5:30pm. According to your behaviour you took money from us as well and you booked the room to the other guest as well that's why you can't allow us for the accomodation. We are NRI we haven't say that we will shoot you. According to us you have to learn the hospitality. Thanks.

I would like to thanks to the manager Raj and his co-workers for taking a good care of my parents while their 9days long stay. They had a good time staying here and were very happy with the outstanding service and polite behaviour of the workers. They told me that owner of the hotel is so nice that he used to visit them personally to check if everything is alright. I would highly recommend this hotel to all who are planning to visit Moga (Punjab, India). My parents are in their late 60s and if they are happy with the service, i am sure folks like us would go gaga with their service. Raj and his co-workers rock!!! So we were at a relative place and as the guests were more, they book us in this hotel When we reached we thought we are wrong place as the look is more focused on cinema hall, But letter we got to know that this place has cinema hall, bar restro and hotel more like a Oyo, we would rather call it a moga ka OYO, once completing the check which was done at BAR reception, we reached our room floor, the light in the corridor remind me of some shabby place, but the room was spacious for 3 guest Over all experience was ok Can say nxt time also

The hotel was neat and clean. Comfortable stay. Hotel Staff were good. I felt that the cost is on the upper side. They could have provide one or two chairs in the room because sitting on the bed for long time is not healthy.

The stay was good, room size is big enough. Food service was also ontime and tastes well. Best part was theatre along with the hotel.

Amazing experience and all the arrangements were meticulously planned by Mr. Raj and his team. Our family stayed at the hotel for almost a week for the wedding and all the arrangements were more than what we expected. The stay felt like a home and everyone enjoyed it to the full. As I am based overseas, all the planning was done over the phone with Mr. Raj, he understood the requirements fully and gone above and beyond to accommodate every small request. He coordinated on our behalf with the vendors and ensured that nothing is left from the planning. The hospitality was great and personal attention by Mr. Raj and his team did not let our family feel that the wedding is happening from the hotel instead of home. The function arrangement for Jaggo, Baraat and all other small rituals were perfect with delicious food, decorations and music.
