Hotel Naznin Palace - Hotel in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

I am giving it 5 star because i have booked hotels through Oyo but when I went there those hotel cancelled and also they said they don't work with Oyo so in this hotel i went without booking and it's God's grace that those hotel were cancelled so we got the best one and yes it was soo clean and staff were sooo good and it's good in this much mone we gave 900and it was better than giving 5 to 700 in Oyo rooms and with dirty sheets,well it's best hotel in less money.go for it

The experience was very bad, The rooms were so dirty, and A.c was also not working.

This place visited for the banquet hall Nice open and close banquet Food options in open Small cosy and nice environment The place is good for small functions and parties. Not good for over 200 gatherings Location is not easily accessible It should have some indications for helping the guests Even the way to banquet is not easy

Great Hospitality....... It's a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious... Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained hospital. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Hotel Naznin Palace next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.Thanks Mr. Sandeep Singh(Owner)

They are very good.... I just checked out at 8am...rooms are clean but littlebit short..... But according to budget it was best.... The guy in reception after 12pm is too friendly.... All staff was good.... I feel like home there....gonna book again in next Monday to friday

The place is good especially for short stays...once booked you will get three bed in single room at low, reasonable prices...eg if booked through oyo etc... Tip..if you are more than one adult eg. 3 or 4 then while booking choose only one adult at the price shown at Oyo website/app and you will get rooms upon checking there which can easily accommodate 3 to 4 adults...

This place is very dingy taps leaking , could not get hot water from geyser,as the tap was not working,cistern was leaking. When we asked for tea the man from the hotel brought tea in a polythene bag and paper cups. Also sharing photos of the leaking bathroom.

It's clumsy place, though it has lift to go upstairs but very narrow and small. There is hall and some open space to organize parties. Very difficult to park vehicle. Is is on main road which is busiest road of the city centre. Hostel is very near to charbag railway station. Public convence is readily available at any time.
