Poor services, non Indians not allowed

The stay was good but hotel manager was not willing to serve full breakfast when you include it in booking. He told it is just bread butter and tea, but in actual there was Poha also which he was avoiding. I booked breakfast for 4 people (family) and he served 2 tea and 4 thin slice of bread with butter for 4 people. Avoid booking with breakfast package. Geyser was giving electric shock on tap while trying to use. Room was clean but towel was not.

Room size is normal for 2 person House keeping is good but fooding price as per near hotel too high All round of reception managet is good All things total is good

Deer all, I would like to express my happiness to stay Nayan palace, it has a wonderful experience, where I have really enjoyed staying , very comfortable and reasonable price ,good food, hotel personnel were very friendly nature. I am happy to give 5star ranking. Please visit and relax .
