Neat rooms, clean bathrooms and decent breakfast all for a good budget price. Perfect for a quick bed & breakfast stopover during travel for work. Situated in a prime busy location with easy access to urban small shops and railway and bus connectivity. So if you are looking for a room with a view, this is definitely not your place.

Hotel is 1star with the worst of hospitality for the price quoted. Don't believe the pics posted, very deceiving. Rooms are so bad .. no proper cleaning you can see the cobwebs in the room and on fans. Horrible bedding and toiletries broken. Reception experience was even worse. We stayed here for 1 night and didn't take chance with the food (looking at the setup) Worst experience in Chennai so far.

Staffs were good.. But rooms were average only.. There was no proper hot water supply..

We had held a birthday party in this hotel recently. The hotel location was in the prime but the hall for the function was not sufficient for 150 people and the AC was not functioning properly. despite many requests it was still very hot inside the hall..The speaker system also was not having any clarity.. the stage was also very small for the people to stand and take pics too. It was very congested..The hall was in the 5th floor and the food was not set up on time. Food was ok though Biriyani, Gobi fry and curd rice was good though less in quantity..

Overall had a good experience. Staff is so polite, food quality is good. Providing laundry services as well. Room service is also available.

The hotel is not worth money. It is said to be a 3 star hotel but the services don't even match a 2 star hotel. The rooms are just okay to live. The staff is very rude and poor starting from the reception. They don't even allow to use water cooler. The reception guy simply says that it is not working and then later the staff members will switch it on and use it for cold water when they need. For guests there is no facility for even water, they'll simply give one normal water bottle per room per day then if you need then they'll ask you to buy Rs20 bottle at Rs30 from them or buy from outside. The manager says it's our policy will do it like this if you need you take or get it from outside shops. Even the restaurant there is worst, it is like a mess in hostel. They don't have any of the dish mentioned in their menu. In breakfast they'll just give idli/Vada/plain dosa everyday. Nothing as one may experience in other 3 star hotels.

Our overall experience is good in terms of food and bar. Rooms were clean and hygiene.

They charge very high for the Breakfast, Do not take room including Breakfast, Not worth at all. You can have decent breakfast 1/3rd cost of what they charge.
