Awesome food. Authentic Hyderabadi breakfast. Opens as early as 6am. Try to go into the AC section at the back of the hotel for a great dining experience. Portion sizes are just right so that you can have multiple dishes. Ask for parking guide.

This was not as great as we thought it to be. We ordered paya nihari with sheermal naan and dum ka mutton with tandoori roti. Paya nihari was average and dum ka mutton wasn't good. Based on our experience, we decided we didn't want to go to this place again. We went for dinner. We also asked for kababs and they said kababs were available in the morning. So if you are looking for kababs at Nayab, go there accordingly. Service was good, staff helped us pick the dishes.

Hotel Nayaab is one of the best places to visit for Non Vegetarian lovers especially when it comes to Biryani and Paya. Food : Malai Paya with Butter Naan, Nihari Special Mutton Biryani, Double ka Meetha, Puding and Katha Firni The location of hotel is quite complex but one can easily reach with help of Google map. It's quitely situated in one of the most busiest roads in Old Hyderabad near Charminar. Food : 5/5 Ambience: 4/5 Service : 4/5 We were really happy to eat. It really blew our taste and took it to the next level. Recommended Dishes Must Try : Malai Paya, Nihari Special Mutton Biryani, Double ka Meetha and Katha Firni

Nayaab has really given me an experience to remember. Their mutton biryani was supple and gave an intense aroma. Every grain of rice has spice and flavour. You could feel the heat in the atmosphere. We even tried their malai paya and bheja fry. The bheja fry was as soft and supple as a pillow, it's a must try. Their Paya has great flavour but, the gravy of the malai paya was plain and basic. The staff was quick and helpful. There is a special air conditioned section for families to sit and dine in. Must visit at least once.

Early morning visit at 7:00 am. The prices are on a higher side. For five members bill went upto Rs. 2200/- The cost of the items and the quantity served are inversely proportional. It's a one time visit place to experience but not a better place for nonveg breakfast. Do not expect a restaurant type ambience. On first floor there is a family section which will look like another irani chai hotel which is for family section. Car parking will be an issue and bike parking is also difficult sometimes. Suggestion: For the amount spent here for breakfast one can easily purchase kilo mutton cook and eat peacefully with family.

Probably the best Paya Nahari ever!! Bheja fry and naan! The malai on top of Paya seeps into the sheermal when you dip into it. The bone just falls off the meat and don't need to bash the bone for the marrow inside. It just drops like Makhan Have fun n relish it

The food is too good. We tried mutton malai and beja fry with butter nun .The food is tasty but the price is overrated.The waiters scam the high prices if we dont check it . They scam while your are billing ,check your card bill before leaving the place . Because we also almost scammed but we have checked .The bill was 680/- but they have swiped 6800/- . So please check before leaving the place .
