I booked executive room. There were lines of red ants everywhere. No telephone. AC was running without compressor. Totally hot. No room service next day. Lift will suddenly stop at middle of the floor. Washrooms are dirty. Overall it's a slum room.
Never book this hotel. Just I went to this hotel and I asked that I need room, in the online booking sites it shows like 1000+ soo I want to pay directly and I want to stay here, I told to them they given answer to me very Rudely and told that ask that people we are not linked with any other booking agency.

Horrible room service . First hotel where we have to ask room service to clean room . Oh and remember to tell them to change the sheets and check the taps and switch the ac on or they will just let it be ................... unsatisfied
Booked room through OYO app by applying discount coupon. Property owner denied check in into the hotel and stated that rooms booked through OYO by applying discount coupons will not be entertained. Further Owner of the lodge behaved rudely and violently and was ignorant in honouring the agreement made with OYO, hence it is advisable to call the lodge after booking in OYO to confirm whether they can provide the room for the booked tariff or not.
One of the worst hotels in karimnagar. Smoking and drinking not allowed here..even AC won't work properly and for water you have to call reception each and Everytime. Even room service is poor.. Even though if they are giving room for free don't take it this is my advice
Doesn't even deserve one star, but had to give a minimum one star to write a review! charging extra even after prebooking and paying the entire money before! No customer service whatsoever! Rudest people I have ever met! No basic human decency! They asked us to pay extra money telling that there is no availability of BOOKED rooms and we have upgrade! they didn't try hearing what we were trying to tell them! Amazing hotel, with friendly & helpful staff. Me and my family came from the UK for my wedding and we was well looked after. The food in the restaurant is delicious and portion sizes generous. I enjoyed staying at this hotel, I will be coming again

Perfect place to get budget friendly rooms with all necessities. Rooms are well kept amd upright in condition. Hotel staff follows all hygiene norms and maintain surroundings as well. A decent place to visit in my opinion.
Staff were very professional and Dr. Lokesh Beerakayala was very humble, lot of services are available at one place. Very hygienic and best caring staff.
Very nice staff, able to get in very quickly. Dentist and hygienist very friendly and easy to work with. Helped with getting me set up to remove winsome teeth that were causing severe pain. Will be coming back
