Hotel Navya Palace - Hotel in Daman, Vapi - Daman, India

Worst experience. Management is fraud. Hotel manager and receptionist looted us. I used my debit card to make payment. Firstly he asked me to enter password on machine in "add tip" option. He was trying to know my debit card password. When I told him that machine is asking for tip not the password. Then he made it correct. After I entered the password he took machine in his hands and told that transaction is failed but money was debited from my account. And he refused to accept it. All over he tried to do a scam and he successfully did it. Afterwards he showed some other payment machine in which our transaction details were not there. Hotel service was very bad. Frequent power cut and water suppy issues. Manager name - Gagan Shetty

Bad service. I just checked in like half an hour ago, while moving into the room I and my partner talked to ourselves about smell of cigarettes in the room (in Malayalam). As we almost settled in and started getting fresh, the room boy came in asking us, if we wanted a new room, i responded NO. But in another 5 mins he came back in telling that the room was actually assigned to other guests. I said my partner is using the loo give us some time. In this gap, we were constantly asked to move and my partner was struggling with the flush. The staff even spoke to me in a harsh tone that other guests are here and to move to the new room that very moment. It is the hotel that assigned us the room, and then we were asked to shift like we were some trespasser. If others were guests 'waiting', should you not show a little hospitality towards us ?? Minimum peacefulness to use loo??

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel for a short time and we were impressed with the spacious and well-maintained rooms.

Hotel in nice location. Rooms are good. Peaceful place for stay. Hotel staffs are very polite. Totally value for money..

Not a very good experience in this hotel but this hotel is not bad good room available also manager behaviour is very polite and good and all staff members is very good in behaviour and all those things. I think this is not bad option for all. you Always welcome and make your night special .
