Very good place to stay near Belagavi railway station with walking distance and quick service in rooms, thanks to Gangadhar and housekeeping staff. Went for the first time with family, satisfied with clean & hygienic rooms and reasonable prices. Rooftop terrace dinning option available, however it's more like a bar, will smell liquor all the time. So, we went outside. Bathroom was clean with its own geyser, hot water was not a concern. Staff was very courteous and with prompt response. Thank you

The rooms are decent but the place is not maintained properly. Bathroom was not clean and towels and bed sheet were also not clean. Only go for it if you are looking for a budget stay and if want to stay for the night.

For the Scheduled price, worth staying and Value for money.. Inside the Lift switches are not working properly and flooring marking is not done inside the Life

Very good place to stay and good service for rooms .. plz don't go IFA residency.. I personally booked n cancelled... IFA residency gave me room @500 rs without room service but Navaratna palace single 600 ac 1200 to 1500 depends on how many comes... Right place to stay ... With room service... My experience with help normal public who's is first time like me. So sharing...

Extremely unhygienic rooms. Pests everywhere and sheets were not changed. A/C was not in a working condition. No parking availability. Terrible experience.

hygienically very poor ....charges are exorbitant and do not match with the facilities ...drinking water is served one half litre bottle per day...not at all suitable for family ..rooms are not at all good ..

Great location and clean hotel. Hot water and AC good but definitely bring earplugs to sleep as the walls are very thin and you can hear everything between rooms. No wifi in room only in reception.

Nice family hotel to stay. With dining in room service. Clean & hygienic. Parking is a problem for car since it's at road side. Room which was given for us had toilet door issue. Lock was broken. Need maintenance. Noisy place
