Very worst rooms. I have booked through Makemytrip, the images shown on the app and reality is different. The rooms are not cleaned and cockroaches are running inside the room and restroom. The bed and blankets are not cleaned properly. After informing the front desk they changed the room but that room is also having the same problem. Don't fall for the images.
Pathetic,poor room condition, No hot water availability, No WiFi, receptionist & room service handling by a boy who don't have any manner, before check out they send a carpenter to room to repair the door without consent from guest, i am waiting outside to complete the work so that I can collect my things and check out. Very bad
Bad Experience in terms of room quality and staff support. And they take extra charge for the third person and doesn't even provide you with extra mattress and blanket.
It's a ok ok type hotel. One thing which I don't like is the stink smell in the rooms. Also, it would have been better if the bathrooms were bit clean and tidy
I had checked in this hotel during night time. An old man who was in reception counter exhibits undue behaviour. His rude behaviour has created uneasiness in me. Above all, there was no towel or blanket in the bedroom and was infected with mosquitoes.
This hotel is most definitely not recommended by me. I stayed here for one night and the staff were arrogant, disrespectful and they are definitely not customer oriented. Very bad experience. Poor Rooms and even poorer hotel management. The room toilet doors are damaged and water seeps out from the toilets when you use the shower!
The hotel was clean and well maintained. Rooms was comfortable. All the staff were very polite and ready to help.
Most economical , no star ratings, was the cheapest a/c room available, good location, nearby restaurants, don't expect good service but room is value for money, can stay with families

I have been here for the last two days, a very good ambience, a place to go anywhere in Thiruvananthapuram city. like railway station, airport and highway. Good rooms and good attitude and cooperation from the staff. I liked very much.
