Decent budget hotel at Chengannur. Rooms are clean and ok in size. Has parking which can accommodate around 10 cars. Rooms have all the basic amenities. The restaurant opens only around 11AM, so have to go out for morning coffee and breakfast (there are lot of restaurants nearby).

I ordered some Chinese food today. Quality was really poor. The Szechuan fried rice, a portion of Szechuan noodles and a chilli paneer. Normally good Chinese dishes have a lot of veggies. This restaurant just forgot to put vegetables. The Chill paneer was well sweetened. It appears they had converted a Paneer Butter Masala to Chilli Paneer. Thoroughly dissatisfied and disappointed
The best thing is they are polite. They have elevator (lift). They provide washing machine service free of cost fully automated. Rooms AC and ambiance all are excellent. This will be my top on list for my next trip to chenganuur.
