We had spotted this restaurant while exploring South Indian breakfast items in Mangalore. Tried Sajjige roti, Veg samosa , Biscuit roti, goli bhaje, and oggarane dosa first time in life!!!. Authentic and super local delicious food. Great taste!! Excellent service. One must try biscuit roti, Sajjige roti and goli bhaje!!! Too good. Filled our mind.
Hotel Navadeep offers a wide range of South Indian cuisine options. During my visit, I had the pleasure of trying Goli Bhaje, Menthe Dosa, and Mysore Dosa. The standout for me was the Menthe Dosa, which impressed with its exceptional flavor. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to interact with the owner, who exuded charm and displayed a genuine passion for hospitality. My experience at Navadeep was truly delightful and left a lasting impression.
Biscuit rotti was superb. Oggarane Dosa was very delicious . Highly recommended place to try these local delicacies. Owner is extremely friendly & helpful as he fastracked the preparations for me. Old-school ambience is still maintained well. Highly satisfied with the unique tasty dishes here
Navadeep, a 3rd generation family restaurant will reward you with unique and unforgettable dishes! I was lucky to meet Sandeep and he recommended me some breakfast dishes. Started with a bun, came with chutney and dhal, second was puri with potato masala and tasty side, third was biscuit roti and then chai. The biscuit roti is absolutely gourmet level cuisine.. get it with garlic chutney in the morning and crave it evermore.
The best breakfast I've had in years! The biscuit roti is a feast for the senses, but perhaps even better than the food was the kind welcome. I'll never eat breakfast anywhere else when staying in Mangalore.
