Hotel Natraj - Hotel in Shillong - East Khasi Hills, India

Worst hotel. I paid near about Rs per night for 4 nights for 2 adults and 2 children. It was showed that it will be a proper room with a proper double bed and a single bed. Once I reached there and the room is shown and the hotel person that moment only started saying do not complain and says that his other good rooms are under maintain work, than why put those rooms and I have already paid the price???there was no answer and again he repeated do not complain. I am pretty sure there is no room nothing under maintenance. Now as the room is given its just a pigeons nest where four persons are just stuffed in. A small double bed or say a big single bed and a half broken was there. The bathroom was stinking, no exhaust fan. Geyser was there but they switch it off from there place. Every time you have to ask them, they will switch it on for sometime and again switch off. They do not have food facility also. Never ever go in this hotel.

Hotel location is good, near police Bazar 2 min walking distance. I booked a triple bed room. I dont know about other rooms, but my room was very small with a tiny bathroom. No window, dim light. I asked for window room, but Manager said no triple bed room is there with a window. So have to stay that congested room. Also the room is so so damp , water comes through the wall. No food option is there. Due to peak season room rate also very very costly. I had some urgency, need to stay there. My overall experience is not good there. But Manager behaviour is good. That's all.

The worst hotel i have ever visited. Their manager does not know how to behave with customers. The rooms were dirty like anything, inspite of telling them they did not clean. While booking they had told that they have geyser, but to my utter dismay the geyser facility was not available and i had to buy hot water for bathing. Inspite of taking so much money, their service was horrible. We had four people ( 3 adults+ 1 child), but they provided us with only one soap. Even after requesting them for so many times, they did not give us soap. I returned today from Shillong. Please don't visit this hotel.

Hotel Natraj is located at prime location of Shillong which is centre point of Shillong. Manager and staff behavior with myself and my family is very nice and cooperative. No Kitchen, no window and no AC in Hotel. Condition of claning of room as well as Bathroom very bad. my rating is Good

Steps to not to come in these Hotel - 1.There is no fooding in these hotel 2. Rooms are very stinky and dirty they gave only one blanket 3. Receptionist, The old guy is very annoying and rude 4.They have TV but you can't use 5.They have geezer but you can't use 6. And the main part there will be no privacy they make so many noises and at night they drink with their employees and shout, i was very tired because of their noises they wake me up every time. 7. They should not call this Hotel they should call it gu khana hotel 8.Their pricing is very high for 2 persons Rs1500 which should be 800 or less.

I booked one 3beded room and one two bedded room for one night and another 3beded room for next 3 night .. I showed my voucher to manager at the time of check-in even same been written in register then I make manager understand my booking 5times ( literally 5times). but next day they entered our room remove all our belongings form the room . manager called me I again told him that I have booking for the room but he denied even for check it . when we return found all our electronic item are missing at 11:30 p.m at night I charged a staff he return my charger, power bank and earphone, again I notice one mobile phone is Missing I again charge the staff at 12:30 at night then he return my phone form his personal bag . We decided to logde a police complain but owner apologize many time to us and he is really a nice person so we did not logde any complain to police.
