Great hotel, nice ambience, superb quality. Only thing which I think need to improve is food quality.
What to say I don't know the service quality is extremely bad they will not give anything before you ask .much disappointed actually I ordered chicken manchow soup and chicken dum biryani biryani no taste at all chicken was not fresh it smells like two three days before the kept the biriyani and served us actually I can't waste food so that's the reason without any taste we have to ate all.Table clothes was very dirty it looks they haven't washed it before 2 months.very unhappy with the quality as well as with the quantity.
I had stayed there for 3 days for marriage purpose. Manager (Rakesh) is supportive and helpful. But their cleaning staff is not supportive at all, even they don't listen to their managers, looks like they are working for free. Food taste and quality is very good all times except the breakfast on all days. Linens are dirty and smelly. AC outlet is placed in the middle of the bathroom which keeps the bathroom wet all day/night, poor architectural decisions. Also they have lift starting from 1st floor, I don't understand what's the point of not having from ground floor.
Food quality is excellent. Service is very good. Ambience is at par. Overall, superb.

Totally bad experience. Specially Hyderabadi chicken item. The gravy was totally bitter. Don't try. And rest is good.

Experience is good but it is an problem of power cut off. I had been stay for 12 hours in between this time there are 6 to 7 times power off. But they have also generators ,it run automatically when power offf.

Rooms are well maintained with nice interiors. Service is manageable okay. The location is very good indeed as it is situated near Nahaka square. All sorts of communication is also nearby to the hotel too.
