Very poor service... I had ordered a water bottle...nd have recall for 4 times more.. But I didn't get water bottle.. perhaps I have to the store out of hotel to get water bottle... Really disappointed...
Pathetic hotel. Dirty room with insects and dirty bed with hairs. Used private products under bed. Never go to this hotel.
it's good place to stay location is inside city but TV not working and blanket provided was not clean pillow covers also not clean and bed sheet has too many stain....and smells very bad

Natraj hotel is old and not maintained but still good option, room size is good.. bathrooms fittings leak, lift is there.. less space for car parking but available.. i recommend to have ur morning tea at terrace, beautiful terrace garden location is good at Agrasen chowk, staff is good

Hello Visitors This was my last message for the Hotel management and owner of HOTEL NATRAJ So before visiting.kindly read this. Dear owner of Hotel Natraj... I want to inform you about the management of your hotel. It's been almost 4+ years that I have been here but it is with great regret that I have to tell you about my worst experience ever. 1. Hotel Manager/Receptionist - He is completely uneducated person and does not know how to behave and interact with the visitors. 2. Kitchen manager - I just asked him to send cutlery to my room and he said - Jahan se khana laaiye ho wahi se katori le aiye.. Is this the way to talk with visitors? It has been almost 4/5 years that I have been visiting this hotel but with great regret I want to inform you that enough is enough and this will be my last visit. The worst hotel ever visited. Not responding customer, very rude staaf specially the receptionist, i have booked my room through Oyo and pay the amount but at the time of check-in they do not let me in & they ask for complimentary money even after Oyo had credited to their account. From my side I suggest to lay on the footpath but never look for this hotel. I am a boy still m not feeling good the way staaf give you look. And also I visited last time they won't allow you to rate their hotel they take your phone and rate their own
One of the best lodge in Bilaspur. Those who are new in Bilaspur can opt this place for stay. Rent starts from Rs 100 for single bed that is you have to stay with other people . But if you are paying Rs 350 then you will have your personal room .

Rooms weren't maintained properly, but service is by far the worst . Every day at some point we found that the lift wasn't working their excuse was lift was getting fixed. don't know how a lift gets broken and fixed at the same day everyday. We staye
