The best thing here is bottled water,everything else is worst, rude owner,slow staff, bad service The owner is extremely rude and didn't attend us. We sat for 15 mins but no one came to clean the table or give the menu or take order. When we talked to the owner he told us off by saying he is busy and will attend us later.
Really bad experience, first of all they claim it's a 3 star hotel,which it's definitely not. Rooms are ok, but the service is horrible, toilet seat was broken, flush was not working, hot water was not available, water overlflew in room from bathroom after bathing. And they claim their restaurant is famous for seafood, we ordered tawa fry pomfret,it smelled like they caught it fresh from sewers. Rotten food, even the rice was undercooked. Would not recommend anyone to stay or dine here.
pathetic and frustrating experience Narmada Hotel does not deserve single star also the services pathetic and the staff is very orrogant even they do not receive your call once you enter into your room they are only concert about the money only . even the water is not available ,electricity is not there. Bed kambals are not clean even the room is not clean the washrooms are dirty ..we will never recommend this hotel for even 500 rupees for night.. They cost u anything they want. For two bread they cast u around 65 rupees
We stop there for charging EV, but no staff there for help. They don't even bother about it.

Frustrating experience. The rooms were not kept clean, AC was not working and even no hot water facility in the room. When I called reception for help, no prompt response from the manager, instead he started arguing with me. The food was ok but overpriced. Avoid it if you are planning to stay here.
The hotel starts a bit late, mostly after 11 am, when the staff arrives. We reached around 10 am and they had just wrapped up cleaning. There was a sudden surge of customers and they were not able to properly manage due to staff shortage. Probably, due to this they made silly mistakes in food like no/very low salt in foods, no sugar in coffee, etc. My family had breakfast here. Tea was good. Breakfast was average. Hence the rating.
Hotel was very nice and good . Parking place is big . We can park our bike 2 wheeler 4 wheeler very easily and properly. Entrance is very nice with beautiful and various greenary trees around the hotel. Food was very delicious and tasty.
