I have visited so many hotels thought it was my office trip .they treated their guest like a vip person.i naver get service like this hotel .staffs were favoulas

Overall good experience I booked executive room which was good and clean, bathroom was also very clean .... I don't know about standard room.... Better you book with breakfast option....vfs global is 1 minute walk ...good location

Very nice location if going for work at Rene Towers. Stay was good. Food was very good.

The rooms were a bit smelly but overall not bad. Plus is the proximity to the Visa centre. The food was good with nice variety but we had a slightly bad experience-there was a piece of glass in our chowmein. Luckily no damage done and could have been worse. Expected the staff to be abit more apologetic but they were making lame excuses.

A Very bitter experience. The staff behaviour is ridiculous and doesn't have any sense of talking to customers. Plus the rates of the rooms in this hotel is not even nearly worth it of what you can expect.

Rooms in help desk buildings is not up to the mark as far as cleanness and wall pentings is concern. And they don't have professionalism approach with the customers at all. But food quality is very good. Room service is very nice Bar & restaurant is available for hangout.

A very poorly managed hotel. Hotel staff do not check hotel rooms before allocating it to customers. A careless front desk staff.
