Worst hotel I've ever seen before. The staff are very reckless, careless and casual. Initially, rooms looks good but after starting staying, found that inadequate lighting in bathroom, bathroom is full of dirty and smelly, fungi found on nobs, dirty bucket and mug, unhygienic towel and blanket and bed with full of dirt. After asking for change blanket, the boy told me that all blankets are in washing. One more thing that one useless restaurant is there. I ordered crispy baby corn and it's full of onions which are not required. After completion of eating, with left over onions we can can make egg onions curry by adding eggs. My god.. not recommended to stay.

Awesome location.. Located in the heart of berhampur town.. It was a great experience over there.. has its own restaurant with room service. Food is good and tasty.. Well behaved staffs, could have been more punctual regarding room service and house keeping but it's understandable considering the rush on pick season of late December..

Very Good Hospitality. Location is very good. Service is good as well. Rooms and cleanliness of bathroom is good, but should be better. Restaurant named Nivedan is in the ground floor of this hotel. Food is great and price is reasonable. Breakfast is complimentary. The hotel is situated in Berhampur, Orissa, near Indira Gandhi Statue, just One and half kilometer away from Berhampur Station. Hotel is open 24 x 7. If you wish, you can book room in hotel through phone.

Worst Biriyani in Berhampur. I had my lunch in NI yesterday. By far one of the worst experience in Berhampur. The waiter came for order and took order for Biriyani and Hydrabadi chicken. Came back with in 5mins with cold biriyani. The Biriyani was the worst, there was water dripping from the cutlery, the waiter did not serve me. I was never recommend anyone for biriyani in NI.

Once upon a time, a premier hotel of the town, but with time it's shine has faded. Location wise the best in town but lethargic management and complacent attitude have made it a poorly maintained hotel in town. Booked a suite room, but found basic services r missing with TV not working, ac failed to keep the room cool, no tea pot, just one Rs.5 soap as toiletry. Much better options r available near by till it does not come back in original shape.

It's the Berhampur famous Nandan hotel where nonveg is served. The taste of the food was good. Quality could have been a little more for the price.

Washrooms are bad. No hot shower working throughout two days. Typical window ACs. Low quality Soap. Despite rate is 2000. Same menu for Complementary breakfast. Puri bhaji, Vada, Upma that's all.
