Very generous and merciful management. I really mean it. Even at the time of greatest emergency, they stood with good morals of humanity and brotherhood. I happened to be there during the floods and was served nicely and warmly by the staff there. And hearty thanks for all the services rendered for my family. God bless us all.
Found Ants on the bed when we checked in. Room was smelling bad. Also, be aware that there is no hot water later in the night. You cannot control A/C temperature, you can either switch it ON or OFF. So if its freezing at the middle of the night you need to wake up to switch it OFF that is what the manager told me when I inquired about it. Facility overall was looking clean like lobby area etc. Staff was cooperative and helpful.

The service in the restaurant was superb. The staff were very cordial and polite . The lady manager in the restaurant came to us to check if everything was good and anything else is required by us. Overall good customer service.
20-Feb-2020, Best affordable stay place for bachelors. Worth each penny. They provide water and campfire with extra below than 500 rupees which is an added bonus. Great place recommended to all the bachelors.

Placed an ad-hoc cake request for Marble Karikku Cake which was serviced promptly in under 4 hours. The cake was as good as any other professional bakers and at the end of the day we were happy to have gone with Annie's. More power to you :)
