Nice experience close to the station and not a big hotel still good for business stays. Value for money
Only drawback is that rooms were very small that we couldn't even move their furnitures a bit. Apart from that, service, hygiene, maintainence of rooms everything was awesome. Its worth every penny staying here. All amenities (geyser, ac, tv, intercom) worked. Room service was also timely. Restroom hygiene was very good.
VERY CLEAN ROOMS AND VERY GOOD SERVICE PERSON. LOCATION IS HIGHLY CROWDED PLACE, PARKING IS NOT ENOUGH.

Went to tuty for attending a marriage function . Check in by 7.15Am. Room No 102 given. Room Wash room lock not working . Made complaint and changed to Room No 103. By the time it was 7.40 Am. Just relax for few minutes and started freshening up for the function at 9.00am. Trouble started the power was off by 7.55 am and it was told local temple cart function so power was off. They were trying to supply power thro generator which was not functioning, they were trying but could not resume power. It was 8.15 , with the dark ness in the room and with cold water bath managed to come out by 8.35,but the power was not there till I move out. If I was waiting for resuming power my purpose of visit was to attend the function @ 9am will get defeated. It was really an inconvenience and bitter experience which the hotel management should understand . While I was discussing with your team, while check out they were saying it is an unforeseen circumstance . Yes understood, but still they should think from customer point of view and make some proactive approach in enhancing customer experience rather than simply saying we could not do anything. End of the day customer moves out with bitter experience and not enjoying the value for the money. Pl take corrective action, if your team is customer centric. Tks Sankar
Awesome hotel with best price point. Staffs are very kind and provides good suggestions in choosing the rooms. Rooms are very clean and good looking. Couple of cars can be parked inside the hotel. Best choice in the city, just go for it.
