The hotel is pretty decent cost-efficient and worth staying. I travelled from Canada, but to be honest it felt like staying at home. The staff was really cooperative and supportive, available 24 x 7. They even served me street food when asked for, which was super delicious.
Located on the main road. Location wise it may suit for travelers who want quick access to railway station or bus stand (1.5 KM). Sightly far from har-ki-pauri (40 mins walk and 20 mins by auto). From a budget hotel perspective room sizes are good. ACs in the room make lot of noise. Right in front of me few other guests also complained about the noise. We were told that because of voltage fluctuations that was expected. Load shedding issues at night. Hygiene perspective I would rate them as below average. There were mice in the AC duct making lot of noise at night. Could not sleep well because of the fear. Accessibility to the hotel floor is really bad. It's a narrow stairs that leads you to the reception. Breakfast is arranged from outside and quality is very average. The only good thing about the hotel is price and well mannered front desk staff. They were polite and helpful to the extent they can. Overall it's a cost over quality decision. I would personally prefer to pay bit more for a better hygiene and quality stay.
This is a nice hotel I would say. OYO based, nice room and service. The rates are Rs1000/day but its worth it. Location is also good and easily noticeable as its on the main road itself. You get towel/soap/shampoo. There are a couple of chairs (just in case you don't want to sit on the bed but I bet you wont leave it :p) and an almira as well, in short plenty of space to keep your stuff in a organized way.
The staff is super rude and also the manager is! They don't care about clients and the only thing they are interested in is money. In the room is super cold (january) and they refuse to give us a heater. The air in the room was so cold that in every breath you can literally see it! That could never happened!!! I didn't pay for hotel to get cold!!!!! And finally they told me that they want 500 INR for the heater for one night!!! I think they are not only the liars but also cheaters! Have you ever thought of being cold in India? Me either! And it hasn't happened in any hotel before! And what is worst there is not hot water under the shower and it's the second case they don't want to fix. Do you imagine wash your hair in the cold water when in the room is f***ing freezing?! And be carefull when using toilet because is dirty and I doubt if they clean it everyday. So to sum it up I don't reccommend you this place! It's not worth any cents to be honest because it is easy to find better place in Hardiwar in the same or less price!!!
Not liable for one star also. No lift, unsafe room for family, not working ac, TV, geyser. Hotel manager don't have manners to talk. Food they serve horrible. it's better to stay in dharmshala compare to this hotel.
So this was my first experience with oyo..I came wid my gf..This hotel nagpal is located in the most clean area of haridwar..there's many good cafe nearby..and places to hangout..rooms were clean nd bedroom was really good..even much better than the pics shown while booking..people were nice nd welcoming..this was really a wonderful experience for me..
Good hotel to stay at cheap rates.. don't depend on food over there but u can find plenty options outside. Basic amenities included AC, TV, WiFi, Nice Rooms, and geyser.
Good place to stay for family ... ok with everything Staff is helpful.. cleanliness is good .. center located place in Haridwar... street food is also available nearby ... Parking is a little issue but they manage for there guest ... above all good place ... if you are looking for value for money ... it is perfect
