Hotel is looking gorgeous and very good infrastructure, rooms are also very good. Lift and hot water is also available. Foods are not enough good comparing to others. Not tasty and very very expensive with very low quality, not value for money. Service quality is also not organized, 1-2 persons are managing everything. After ordering foods, it will take more than 2 hrs. Comparing the charge of food, facilities and quality is not up to mark. However, for only staying purpose, you can book this hotel.

Really nice hotel with good infrastructure and well maintained lift. Rooms are very spacious. Crockery used there is high quality. Superb in room service. View from balcony is good and provides good ventilation. Staff is cooperative from handling your luggage to dropping you even 100metres away from the hotel. Food is delicious and good quality. They serve atta roti. Very reasonable. Dining area is quite big with large size television. I totally recommend this hotel if you're visiting to Rajgir. This hotel is nearby all basic amenities around.

Room is not as looked in the pictures. Much smaller and old. Need to ask for everything like, water, glasses, towels, all out. Broken rods, dirty sheets, comforter and rugs. Staff is not professional so not recommended at all!

This is among one of the best hotels that you will get in Rajgir. Location is quite good and easy to reach. Cleanliness upto the mark. Workers well behaved and hospitality is very good. Rooms are quite spacious and rates are also pretty good in accordance. Ambience is nice. Altogether liked this place

Hotel nageshwar palace is located at the entrance of Rajgir town. It's a 3 storied building with spacious lounge, well furnished rooms with all modern gadgets,viz; a/c, geyser, colour TV. Food is homely with Spacious dining hall. It has a lift. Room service is fast & courteous. It's a budget hotel just after Rajgir Rly stn. I recommend this hotel for a stay of a or two.

One of the worst experiences of my travel. We stayed with a group of about 80 heads as part of our office excursions and almost all were with family. The measery starts with room allocation, I was with my wife & 18 year old daughter and had been told to be allotted a room with 3 bed for us but not given. We were adjusted in a double bed room with a promise to shift a room suitable to us in afternoon but again told that we'll be shifted in the evening. 6 of the rooms booked by us were not used because of some cancelation in last day by few of our group but those rooms were said to be utilized by the Hotel. We were again assured to manage one night with a fresh promise to be shifted next morning which never came till we checked out. We requested for a single bed at least at the floor of my room for myself (so that the ladies use the double bed) which was accepted fortunately but alas they were not having a blanket for my use. Somehow, I managed from other members of my group. It was not possible to lock room from inside as there was no lock inside my room no 216. So scary. Food quality was below average while the Manager and probably catering head looking after meals was so rude we never experienced. Junior staff at hotel were humble but hardly had any authority or say or decision making power. They too looked very suppressed. Can you imagine that tea serving bucket was removed only because one of our group members took a cup of tea before few minutes of starting hours. OVERALL, ONE OF THE WORST HOTELS OF OUR EXPERIENCE.

This hotel shows there are ample amount of scope for hotel business. This hotel staff or so called owner has ZERO sense of customer service, with worst way of talking. So definitely a businessman with basic sense of business would thrive here. I would strongly recommend not to expect basic service in this hotel. This hotel will levy hidden charges as much as the can, like kids breakfast is not included in the package etc... The owner believe in one time business and shows attitude DON'T CARE. Furnitures in the room are having sharp edges which is very dangerous for guests specially kids. We didn't even get the breakfast even after waiting for an hour. We have to leave without breakfast. Not at a hotel we do expect with the amount we are paying.
