We ordered food for dinner for Ayyappa swami pooja at our house. Almost all the guests and devotees appreciated their food. Their masala tea in the evening and badam milk in dinner, chappati kuruma, idly and vada was delicious for a late night dinner. Overall, on their service, right from prompt delivery of the food to the location and serving the guests was professional. Worst ever hotel I visited. I asked for idly, they gave me poori. Even I accepted poori and asked for chutney. They took 5 mins to bring chutney. I didn't even eat a single piece. I paid the amount for poori which I didn't even taste and came out.

The problem here is price to taste to service ratio. very poor to worst service. they are struggling to handle the crowd.
