My husband & I stayed in Nachna Haveli Jaisalmer in November 2023, location is very good in terms it's quite close to the fort & other sightseeing spots, food is quite good, very warm & helpful staff, The property is a Heritage property , quite nicely managed & the view of the fort from their terrace is worth it. Special mention -- Mr Chandan ji, who helped us in planning our entire stay in Jaisalmer, including the sightseeing, the guide, desert stay, transport etc--- really lucky to have come across such a genuine, trustworthy & helpful person. Would highly recommend this Heritage property, the vibe is absolutely amazing, unfortunately did not get an opportunity to meet the owners. Our room was 113 on the terrace, which had a beautiful sit out right outside.

Stayed here during our visit to Jaisalmer and was definitely our top favorite heritage property in Rajasthan. Fantastic ambience maintained with original antiques from back in the day giving you the authentic Rajasthani feel. Great rooms, good hospitality, amazing food and a location convenient to the street market and the fort. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Jaisalmer!

Gone to have dinner on a Saturday night. No folk sing singer was there. Service was very slow & pathetic. Because of construction which has come up recently fort view has got blocked. Food was tasteless & quantity was very less with very high rates. Overall a very bad experience. Trio rt next to it is much better option. Kaka de casu is another good option. Don't waste money going at this place. Rooms are also over priced. Marriott is any day better option as they are professional.

Beautiful Haveli, the history is well captured and maintained. People will pester that they want to guide you through the Haveli and it written well on the boards inside the Haveil, no need to hire guide for this Haveli. People who are into pictures, can very go to Terrance and capture few photos. I felt the cost was little high but once you can spend to learn

Great stay. Nice heritage property

This place was highly recommended to us but i found the place very run down. The location is undoubtedly very good as you can walk to the fort and market etc. The room we got Gulab Mahal was badly furnished and plaster was peeling. Fan was not working so we were forced to use AC. The bathroom was also stinking a bit as it had no ventilation. No phone in the room so you need to personally go to the front desk all the time of you need anything. The boys who were providing service were excellent!

We didn't expect much going in... But we were surprised.. Its a very beautiful heritage property that's well maintained... And the staff was very warm and welcoming... They even went the extra mile of decorating my room on request for celebrating my anniversary. The food was my only disappointment as there are very limited veg and Jain options though the non-veg would have been good as I could see the other guests enjoying it. Overall we had a very good stay.
