Waste Restaurant. Not worth the money. What we got served when we visited restaurants. - Factory made chapathi. Restaurant people didn't even heat it properly. - Half cooked rice. - only one server for all the tables, so service is damn slow. - every side dish provided is half in a cup. If asked for more, dish quantity will be reduced to half. - food was cold. When we discussed it with the manager, He just asked us to pay the bill amount.
Rooms are large and well ventilated. I stayed there for 1 night while returning from Ooty and going to Coorg. Location wise very good. You can well refer this hotel for your family and friends. Pure veg restaurant is available below the hotel. Hence you should not worry about food at any time. Room service is also available but a little bit slow. However, they allow Zomato service to the hotel for any kind of food that you need and ordered.
Worst hotel in which I had very bad time.No room boys available.reception is very bad ,.We booked premium(so called) room but a.c was not working in one room.In other room a.c temperature was not adjustable...Lift was off.They want to save the power..You don't have any advantage staying here..Even location is outskirts of mysuru..Particularly not good for family stay away

Booked Hotel Mysore Palace for a day trip to Mysore city. On reaching the hotel we found that our booking was cancelled by the hotel management without any intimation to us and no room were available as all were occupied. After following and speaking to MMT we were provided different rooms after waiting for an hour. This was very annoying specially when we had a long journey. But person at reception handled this situation nicely and was kind and helpful and resolve this issue. Got rooms at the end
The service was very good. The receptionist was very kind and polite. Avinash was the guy who welcomed us with a huge smile and was a kind person. i recommend this place to 5 star. Overall experience elwas awesome.
The hotel is clean, easy to access and provides hassle free check in.Location is quite close to Chamundi Hill and Lalitha Mohan Palace. The staffs are very courteous and friendly especially Mithun. Loved their hospitality. A great option for Mid ranger hotel in Mysore
