My stay at Hotel Myriad was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities. Rooms are big but average with respect to cleanliness. Poor service in room dining and during breakfast. Will not recommend to have food here, if you are in Lucknow

Had a great stay at Hotel Myriad. Mr. Sanjeev from the restaurant was very courteous and provided good service. Rooms were also spacious and clean. House keeping staff attended to our every need. Even the staff at the reception was very helpful. Enjoyed the overall hospitality here!
Rooms are ok. Food is not so good. Can improve there. Also the menu in buffet is same everyday . Location is good. You have sachivalaya metro station right in front which is very convenient
Good hotel for a short stay. Location is extremely convenient as it's located at walkable distance from metro station. The rooms are just okey(less than average). Food is very good. The best part is housekeeping staff is quick and helpful in taking care of your all needs with a smiling face. Wi Fi is a big letdown as it rarely works. They will remind you for checkout time and ask to pay additional in case you over stay for couple of hours so don't expect any courtesy in that. Would advise the guy at reception to carry a smile while interacting with guest.
Pathetic hotel. Even after confirming the room booking they denied check-in at the last moment and that too at 11pm in the night. Guy at the reception was absolutely clueless and rude. Not recommended at all.
They are fraudster,cheaters and not on there words, they are fooling customers
I booked through agoda and they didn't allowed to check-in as there was india-england match, so they have cancelled my booking and were asking me to pay 10 times of my booking amount.
Do not visit ever to this fraudster and cheaters.

Hotel is very close to Gomati Nagar Railway station. The Manager, Mr. Lavkush was very courteous and helpful. Same is true for all staff employed there.
