Deluxe room was spacious and good. Overall great stay experience. They should provide in house kitchen services. Good staff behaviour.

One of the worst experiences ever in tirupati although we had a good darshan but after checkout he asked us extra money just bcz one of our family member who is a kid slept within the room with our relatives which was of 4 people room (we booked 2 such rooms) so she went and slept with em now he is making a fuss that how 5 ppl can sleep in one room but didnt notice that there were only 2 people in other room Idk what was wrong with him...Would suggest any other person to never go to this hotel .And for that later when our other family had come to take the luggage he was charging us 1500 RUPEES just bcs they entered the room...idk what the hell is wrong with the manager and he could hv said us properly too but his behaviour was too rude...

In this hotel they don't provide brush and paste which is really weird policy restroom can be maintained better as floor is always wet due to water stagnation and leak. I did not had food not sure about complimentary breakfast.. Overall good to stay..

Poor experience coming to hotel avg rooms with dust all around the corner of the room, bathroom was ok but.no maintenance, bed linen full of dirt and hair, cob webb all around the room, broken mirror and broken handle of cupboard. Towels provided initially was of low grade after requesting provided one good towel look for the pics for the difference, staff was courteous and room service is ok.my view do not book the hotels will provide low grade and low quality rooms to serve the purpose, instaed book rooms directly, calling hotels.

Clean and tidy rooms, restrooms everything. Kind service. They offer toiletries & free WiFi. AC rooms, comfortable bed and peaceful environment. They charge for beverage like tea coffee, server will deliver it to your room. The only thing they can improve is to make arrangements for kettle, complimentary water bottle and general big dustbins.

Please don't book this hotel. Went for a family trip to Tirupati and booked our stay here. There is no complimentary breakfast and restaurant at this hotel. We ordered food at reception and they brought it somewhere outside which was very bad. And the bed size is very small and hot water came during the early hours in the morning.

I stayed at this hotel on 21 jan 2023 Hotel is not safe for families . I had a very bad experience with the hotel their staff member has stolen my jewellery bag from the room . Later when I had a compliment about this incident . the hotel manager's response was very casual they have not shown the video regarding . They support their staff rather than finding the person. It's really shameful that that kind of hotel supports these kinds of activities. I don't recommend anyone to visit this hotel . #hotels #Tirupati #tirupatirailwaystaion

Was good foor the price paid. Clean rooms. Towels was not good and not usable. There is no restaurant inside, but there are few walkable options and hotel service can bring from outside if we want.
