Pathetic service. The hotel reception staff is too rude. Seems like he is running a military camp. Unclean rooms for high price. Will never suggest anyone to visit that hotel. You can get much better rooms in a much better location at the same price. Hotel Muskaan International - Learn how to treat customers!

This hotel is infested with bed bugs. The staff wouldn't give us a refund, and we paid for 2 rooms. They came into the rooms several times to spray the headboards and the desk, but didn't take us seriously. The staff is very unprofessional. They opened our door right after ringing the bell, and if I or my mother in law was not decent, there would be one less worker here. This is a nice "looking" hotel, but I'd rather stay in a cardboard box if it was bug free.

A nice safe place to stay near the dhanbad railway station. The rooms are nice, clean here in affordable price. The place has its own kitchen, and all kind of room services are available here.

The hotel has been redesigned. Looks good, the rooms are well and the location is very good. They just don't have power backup for Air Conditioning which can be improved .

Doesn't even deserve 1 star.This hotel has the worst service I have ever faced.I travel a lot and also belong from the hospitality sector. When I was about to check in the receptionist and another man was there and both were drunk. Please avoid going to this hotel if you are getting other options..The hotel might look good but the behaviour of staff will just ruin your stay.I will probably be adding a video soon if my words don't seem to be enough.
