Very bad experience till date. We ordered food for 13 people and they refused to serve food us.I said for serve the food but they said it's self service but at a same time other waiter serve food on other table. Food was so bad , butter milk is sour and staff behaviour & service was pathetic. Never ever go to that place. Behaviour of Manager was very rude. Totally waste of money & time also.
Highly expensive food. I paid 150 rs for Gujarati thali, but it was not at all worth. Number of food items were very few at this price. Shreenath restaurant provides much better food and number of varieties at this price.
Only name of the hotel is good...but the service of the hotel is not good.....the service boys 3-4 all after serving the food stands or sit on the chairs next to your table n start staring at your family (ladies) n whisper in ears of eachother....it looks very awkward...even you can't react as they r local if that place. We visited this restaurant at 1030 pm on 12 Sep 21 thinking that it would be best for dinner. But I was just eagerly waiting to get safely out of that place after watching such stupid act of the service boys.... I request to specially family groups not to visit this nonsense restaurant.....also if u want to visit ...please ensure that already some families are having food there....Not single family should visit this place especially for dinner.... This is also an Oyo property. Rooms and toilets needs more upgrades. Basic facilities all available. Cleanliness not good. Food at restaurant is very nice. Staff cordial. Oyo rooms at the mentioned price tag, not so good.
Food quality is good.. But... for stay... Not stratified by staff.. ,not cooperative. No lift is there.. Bathroom is too small ... No cleanliness...
