Hotel Muntaj - Family restaurant in Visakhapatnam - Visakhapatanam, India

I have visited hotel muntaj and I had a waiting time of nearly 40minutes to get our seat for lunch. There is very heavy crowd try to take parcels here if you can't wait.We had biriyani here and our bill came nearly to 800 and I am satisfied with the food they served and the quantity try to visit on normal days than weekend. There is plenty of seating we can visit with our large families also.Overall experience is good.

For locals will accept this taste.. Hyderabad people didn't satisfy with this taste... Also They served stocked onion slices

Restaurant was a bit unorganised as per thought We waited for 35minutes to get seats Finally we got and ordered Special Chicken Biryani and Chicken Majestic and Clear soup(unavailable) 1. Service & Hygiene to be Improved, This is the major issue here, they don't know how to treat and maintain 2. Taste was really over rated..It was a normal taste for us 3. Pathetic waiting time even after waiting for long time to get seated and waiting another 40 minutes to get served. 4.Taste should be improved according to the cost 5. All the briyani's are the same and spice is very high..Just the pieces changes even it is Dum biryani 6. We got Chicken 65 pieces in Spl Chicken biryani..Upon asking for curry we got it..Otherwise they may not provide 7. No Hand Dryer or Tissues at Hand wash and Tables aren't cleaned or wipes after every meal..They just remove the left over things.

I have tasted today Fry piece biryani 1. Biryani missed the aroma of biryani spices 2. Too much spicy - they mixed mirchi paste in biryani 3. I have taken 460 rs of fry piece biryani - i am not able to eat 100 rs atleast 4. Fry pieces missed the taste they just boiled and fried with masala and not as expected 5. Muntaj Hotel is famous for gravy - it is completely not taste ......there are many things to write Please don't consider the waste videos fro youtube, fb, insta etc....

we ordered one tangdi kebab and it's the only dish that was tasty in non veg section. Don't try any biryani's here. All the biryani's are completely dry and the chicken fry biryani is full of bones without any meat in it. Service: The service is pathetic and they are expecting tip for their ridiculous service. We ordered one dry starter and they made it wet one and the server was asking what should I do with that. Basically, he has to take decision to replace it without we suggest anything. Atmosphere: The place is decent enough and it has 2nd and 3rd floor for dining. The closing time varies as depending on the rush. As google said, it closes at 9:30 but when we asked they said it will close at 10 but they are still serving till we leave which is at 10:30

In swiggy they sended Cold biriyani. What the heck how do I eat and mutton pieces also not hygienic never experienced this and pieces are so hard not boiled properly

It is mainly famous at Aruku. Food is so delicious tried many dishes it so crispy and spicy loved it so much. The service is good but little delay and atmosphere and ambience is so nice. Can be visited by family and friends. If u love eating biryani try this restuarant also u would love it.

Food was nice but quantity was very less and price is too high ... from outside bowl is showing very big but inside its very less ... came with high expectations but totally upset
