room no 205 worst dirty welcomed with lots of makhkhi TV gtpl was not recharged no water in dirtiest washroom ac was not working bedsheets and pillow covers are brown polished on white... food.....I took 1 Ltd water to chew tawa roti...super hard yes here also makhkhies we're accompanying me in dining hall, for dinner onions cut in morning served in evening asked to change room, shown me 104, even worst than 205, on complaint of no lights in washroom at 930pm, hotel manager asked me, what you will do in night In wash room..... wow......awesome experience waste of money need refund
Good people are rare and you will find some of them working in this hotel. Also one alien who does everything from room service , reception and cooking also he was the waiter all at the same time.
Had been to this hotel on 21st January 2021 for a lunch with my family. Taken few pictures and a video too. You may see the video on YouTube. It is really a nice hotel for family, and business class people to dine and stay at. Great location, nearness to port, easy transport, nice environment, free parking space, cleanliness, tasty food and what more...polite and a well trained staff.
