My stay here was excellent, the staff was friendly and they also upgraded my room. The balcony view was to die for, a big mountain. Comfortable rooms and with minibar snacks.. It was simply splendid. Great if you are going for a leisure trip with your partner.

Its a BIG TRAP and good planning with hotel Area parking. 23-24 November i visited the Hotel for my training but Reliable tech plaza Security staff guide me for parking in different place after the checkout time Reliable tech plaza security staff Mr.Satish Mane asking money for reliving my car and hotel management staff and Reliable plaza security staff also and Harassed insulting in-front of everyone special Satish mane was very much cheap person he also insults my lady office staff. I will never recommend to anyone to go Mumbai house for stay because security agency asking 1000 rup and harassed for the Money. I am also Going to Cancel our organisation relationships with Mumbai house and cancel the all training in Future.

1.I booked a hotel for 15 days with a CP plan and done prepaid check-in, but due to emergency I traveled back and came back after 5 days, before leaving i explained all situations and requested them to keep my luggage at safe place and do not charge when I'll come back will continue the same but the staff denied to keep the luggage at safe place and did not co-operate and charged me and did not support for a complimentary stay for single day . 2.Also they upfront denied that they don't have any staff to pick up your luggage. I was have 5 parcel I know how I managed. 3. Corporate booking and pre-paid booking please be cautious before booking.

We were excited about our trip to Mumbai, unfortunately, our experience at the hotel did not meet our expectations. I'd like to highlight some of the issues we encountered during our stay: Inconvenient Lift Access: There was no direct lift access to our floor, and we had to take stairs after the 10th floor. This became quite cumbersome, especially with luggage. Foul Smell in the Room: The room we were assigned had an unpleasant foul smell, which persisted throughout our stay, making it uncomfortable to relax. Untidy Corridor: The corridor leading to our room was very untidy and gave a poor impression of the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. Subpar Breakfast: The breakfast provided by the hotel was not up to par with our expectations. The limited options and quality of the food left us disappointed. Lack of Baggage Assistance: Upon checking out, we were not offered any assistance to handle our baggage, which added to the inconvenience of the overall experience. Missing Toiletries: To our surprise, no toiletries were provided initially in the room. We had to specifically request them, which was an unexpected inconvenience during our stay. Overall, the quality of our stay at Hotel Mumbai House was below standard

I was disappointed this time. it's my 2nd stay here. the first time, I was given a large, neat room. This time around I booked the Supreme room, but ended up getting classic/standard room. The hotel was full this time when I checked in. When asked why the classic, the reception guy told me that classic is Supreme. How lame. Maybe the guy was new and dint know how to manage the customer. Nonetheless, the room I was given 115, stinked of moss, the moment I opened it. Had to wait for 30min atleast to get rid of it with high ac. Bedsheets was the same as of previous day, I could see dirt marks on the sheet. I didn't complain coz at the time of check-in (which was delayed) I was told that their linen van broke down hence the delay in checkin, but I wasn't told that the sheets would be same. No point in raising it again. Bath towels yuck.. it was stinking of moss and was brown.. Breakfast was the usual fare, nothing much to write home about. Overall, this time I was totally disappointed with the cleanliness and the wrong rooms.

Good hotel if not very good or luxurious, I hope they improve on certain aspects (service, food). But the deal was value for money.

Best Guest Service. All staff were so responsive. I stayed for a month and Hotel offered me complimentary Dinner as good gesture. My queries are resolved so responsibly. Thanks to Manager Vishal, Service staff Vishal, Restaurant staff Gautam, Front desk staffs and special thanks to all restaurants staff and chef.
