Worst place to have food. Ordered bucket (mutton) briyani and they provided it in Hudson curd bucket, without a banana leaf inside that bucket. The way that bucket looks, never cleaned too. Parcel counter member do not know how to communicate to customers. Zero respect to any customers. Mutton briyani had bare minimum/countable mutton pieces. Grill chicken was not fully cooked. Overall, one of the worst restaurant in Marthandam location. It may cause health issues for sure. Food safety team should check their quality. Will open a complaint shortly with them as well, as this should not go unnoticed. In a nutshell, Costlier, bad quality, unhygienic and zero taste food from Mubarak hotel, Marthandam. Recently went there for lunch. Very worst service. Rude behaving staffs and very worst cleanliness.The staffs wont even look at you. Never seen such bad behaving staffs at the restuarant. Kindly dont visit such restuarants, it will ruin your whole day.

Take a parotha......like a stone we are eating.....very hard and not like parotha and chicken kottu is very very poor not masala is add ...we r give a money for good food but experience like Mubarak takes our money.....

One of the worst hotel services is totally bad. Order Appam which came in dry condition. The server says it's common Appam will dry in half an hour. Not a friendly hotel for family. It's better to choose another hotel for breakfast or dinner.
