It is basically for guests who are there for govt and official purposes. It is nice overall with all the basis facilities available. It is decorated with very informative paintings of sikkim, like you would expect from a govt guest house. People on reception are friendly. There is a large hall for group buffets and small functions. It has rooms with mountain view available. Rooms are nicely furnished with cream and metallic colours, giving a smooth finish and a little bit of royal feels. Rooms have a fan, geyser, tv, cupboards, tables, chairs and cabinets enough to fulfill the needs. If you use room service, you can expect beautiful crockery as well. The rates are obviously fine.
Being a solo traveller this time, i stayed in their dormitory. Space-wise great. Well-lit rooms. The rooms were designed clean, but weren't cleaned before i put up. I could've requested may be, but the dorm being 3 floors down the reception, and no lifts, i resisted and managed with the situation. Overall comfortable experience in an economic price.

The hotel is very good . The scenery from hotel view rooms is awesome. From view rooms window u can see the beautiful kanchenjunga peak and gangtok city . Moreover the view from the roof is very awesome . Standing in roof top of this hotel will steal u r heart for sometimes . And the other plus point is the hotel is situated near 5 mins walking distance from MG Marg Gangtok .
Although incorrect details is given its not hotel but it's institute of hotel management college best place for ur carriers growth proud to say that it's my collage BCS of its facilities members & teacher who have intensive knowledge in particular field which make u to choosing ryt carriers.
