I personally invited for booking room around 7:30pm in the evening. They asked Rs. 1,400/- per day for double bedroom in reception floor. Room was ok and accepted to pay. I started writing my details in their check-in book and gave my ID proof. Later they said usual checkout time at 12pm so I should vacate next day by 12pm. Be aware, they won't follow 24 hours time between check-in and checkout. Next day I vacated at 12pm. You can approach nearby hotels and ensure 24 hours checkout time from check-in.
I had booked a room through Agoda. When I booked it was showing seperate room but after confirmation and payment dormitory with bunk beds was allotted. When I complained this to hotel management they removed the photo of seperate room and uploaded the photo of dormitory. When I demanded for cancellation and refund I was denied and not even accepted for upgradation. Such cheating is done by the hotel and Agoda. Be aware while choosing this type of hotel please.

I visited family and it has a nice family room with a positive feel room. And for food there is two veg restaurants they are very close to this hotel one is gowri parwathi and other is aishwarya both give very tasty and hygenic food.. and there is a very nice and helpfull person Mr. Pradeep in hotel also help me as much as he can.
