Worst experience. Very unhygienic. We booked totally 9 AC rooms for a wedding. AC's are not working. No power supply for AC's. Toilet is not cleaned and water is leaking. Don't waste money here. If you go to the receptionist to complaint anything, her answer is "There is no refund. There are no other rooms. If you want, you can vacate". Never seen such a worst hospitalization.

Very worst service. If u come and drink you will be covered and become fraud

Never book this hotel in case of any function or while organising a function.. they don't give rooms after confirmation.. no one will be there in the reception for questioning .! Worst ever service

Very very worst experience in OYO. Totally scam site. I have booked a hotel and payed through OYO but I didn't get room and don't get my amount refund. Totally lose of my time and money by using OYO.

I have paid the amount and reached the hotel, but the hot manager said "the rooms are full". Then I called the OYO helpline, they said, "we are sorry sir". Even the hotel manager refused to speak with OYO executive & Finally I got only the apologies from OYO executive & Didn't get my money back, The other hotels also full & didn't get any room in other hotels as well & finally I cancelled my schedule and returned back to my home city. experienced worst experience with OYO.

the hotel manager rejected booking initially. i had to call the oyo customer care and work with them. the room wasn't properly broomed and the toilets were not clean enough.

Totally utterwaste hotel! Don't know whether OYO IS FOOLING YOU or THIS HOTEL IS FOOLING YOU. DO NOT FEEL HAPPY IF YOU ABLE TO BOOK ROOMS CHEAP RATE ONLINE. I booked online and paid amount also before arrival of 30mins. I was verified with original ID and then ASKED TO CALL OYO CUSTOMER CARE since booked rate is lower side (Companykku kattupadi aagatham). I got fet up with speaking OYO customer care and left searching other hotel. I noticed whoever visited there, were made to do the same. Also I went and checked the rooms and returned back immediately since so DIRTY AND MISERABLE CONDITION OF THE ROOMS. I got refund of 60% of booking amount only later. (Note: HOTEL PARADISE INN IS GOOD CHOICE WITH NEAT AND AFFORDABLE RATE )

Dirty room, uncleaned toilets and cigarette smell everywhere. No room service. They charged Rs1750 for 1 night when we booked in person. I checked hotel room price at makemytrip.com and it was only Rs799/night. Cheaters. Don't ever think of staying in this hotel. Photographs shown in their website are all fake. You will actually get a dirty room and not what you saw in photos
