Hotel is good for stay but the night receptionist person is watching movie on his mobil in loude sound without using headphones in the night 12 am. I had asked him to wear headphones but arogantly he refused and after few minutes he again created noise on phone . So if anyone going for stay take care of this. And next day morning they didn't give the breakfast on time .
Property located exactly opposite to Cbd belapur station. Room was clean and tidy. They gave me room of my choice and it had a balcony attached to it. Good hotel if you are on official trip. Reasonable room rates and complimentary breakfast was offered.
The hotel may suit mainly for seafarers who visit for courses and other related jobs. Presently since 6th June 2023 lift is under maintenance and need to climb up to 2nd floor. Has no attached restaurant but this can be taken care by other restaurants close by or food delivery apps. Also buy water bottles out side if complementary breakfast is not included. They charge 30rs for a litre of bottled water which came as a surprise when checkout. There is no water provided daily basis unless requested which is only 600ml/day. Bathroom is very small in terms of both area as well as headroom. Not for tall people. Most latches also in poor shape unattended.
Location is very far off from main Mumbai. Service is very poor and pathetic. Below average rooms. The staff doesn't even provide a water bottle worth Rs.10/-. Expensive as compared to the location, service and amenities. Will not refer ot to anyone.
Hotel all over is okay.. but the lift is a serious problem , precisely when the both lifts are not working, we had to do the final check out through stairs. We had asked for a change of bedsheet and a extra mattress, which was given after we insisted. Apart from that room and bathroom was very well maintained
