Amazing service and the staff are very helpful. I had a lot of personal documents on me and they made me feel so safe with my belongings. The rooms were so clean and hygienic. I would definitely recomand this place for anyone coming to Tirupathi.

I had a very good experience during my stay with mountain view and its owner was very welcoming person. Worth every penny. My room is very Clean and I was given fresh set of bed sheets and towels upon arrival. Room Service good Bed is very sophisticated A very friendly staff made me feel Home. Thank you I wish to stay here on my next visit.

The hotel is located in an easily accessible location. One day rent is ok type. What I experienced was that when I booked the room in advance I was told two adults and two children. The hotel management also said that they will allocate the room accordingly, I paid the advance amount which I was also satisfied with and booked in advance. After we went to the hotel and checked in on the specified day, our bed in the room was not enough for us, so I complained to the management about this and if you need an extra bed, you have to pay 300 rupees extra. Said to want. Similarly, even when they asked for drinking water, they gave drinking water but they also took money for it. Otherwise the room is clean.

I took an early check-in at 5am and was shocked that the room was handed over to me without cleaning after the previous guest checked out. I was welcomed with unchanged bedsheets, half empty water bottle, an undisposed dental kit in the washroom etc., the floor was not swept either. I had to call the reception and get the bedsheets changed. This is not what we expect when we're paying such higher prices, travelling a couple of kms from the centre in the hope of getting a good service. Definitely not worth it. Hope they rectify their mistakes soon.

At present this hotel is good for family and I hope they maintain the same.. also a bit expensive if you compare with amenities what they have now

The rooms are clean and tidy . The staff is warm and welcoming. The hotel is on the main road and is very near (2-3Km) to the railroad station . There are shops near by and PS4 Resturant which has amazing food both breakfast and dinner. Would definitely recommend anyone who visits Tirupati for a stay.

It was overall a good stay for a reasonable price. Room was clean, bathroom looked nice and seemed renovated, stocked with shower gel, shampoo, soap, tooth paste/brush. Hotel provided good drinking water in bottles. Helpful staff at reception. Wifi didn't work but looked like it was because of recent rain that disrupted connectivity. I wish they provided a thin top sheet to use under the thick blanket/comforter.
