Hotel Mountain Face By Snow City Hotels - Hotel in Manali - Kullu, India

Room was wide, had a outstanding view from balcony, room service was always fast, friendly professional staff, comfortable bed. But no toiletries only small bar of soap, shower has no door which always made everything wet in bathroom, uncomfortable pillows, when we needed help there was almost always no one at reception, had problems finding english speakers when phone was picked up, they charging extra for a heater. I advice u to rent a motor/scooter else destination is quiet far, get rainproof clothes or umbrella, and if u don't get bothered by the things I wrote down, than for that extraordinary view of the hotel balcony it can be worth it. We stayed at room 403. But I was not comfortable enough to shower for me.

Hospitality is very much appreciated. Food is also very nice. They just started their kitchen and can make as per our choice. Very good supporting staff.

The experience at this hotel was good. Had booked this stay for about 2 weeks for Workation. The view of snow capped mountains from the balcony is breathtaking. The staffs were very decent and helpful and great hospitality. There were lot of options for food and they were indeed very delicious. There are bike rentals nearby which would be helpful to travel. And they also help in arranging cabs from the hotel if required. Enjoyed the stay here and would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The experience at this hotel was good. I stayed here for 3 days with my wife and two little daughters. The room was very pleasant. It was clean and cozy with a beautiful mountain view and private balcony. Great location and the best thing about the hotel is the service they provide. Food was really good. Every day I ordered my dinner from hotel only. Every single staff member is so helpful, they are ready to provide any kind of service or support you require. Mr Balwant is such a nice person. When you are in hospitality business, you need people like Balwant ji to grow in your business and create great customer experience. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Manali.

This is my second time staying in the same property and the experience has been phenomenal both the times. Highly recommend this property to everyone
