They wont provide even basic facilities. Wi-Fi doesn't work. Food is terrible. Room service is worst.
Last but not the least, as soon as you enter the room, you are welcomed by very (baadd) good smell. To my surprise, this is the first hotel in kodaikanal where I saw mosquitoes.
Very bad room conditions, money minded. Do not even think of staying in this hotel.

Over priced. Unhygienic... Staffs don't know how to behave with costumers.. in Deluxe room also they are not changes the bed sheets... Uses the same bedsheets last used with out washing..

Worst experience ever.. over priced . They charged 1800 for deluxe room. Room is very small. Even they not changed the bedsheet for the room..room is full of dust. For deluxe rooms they don't provide water,Bath towel, soap.. if we ask them after that onlythey will provide .. there is no hot water in 24 hrs in deluxe room..staff behavior is very bad...

Waste of money and even worse experience. This place offers nothing being named a hotel. The room was dirty and everything was covered in dust, more so the basic facilities were not even provided(soap, clean sheets).
There is no maintenance done at this place as it's hell for travellers looking for a place to stay.
And to add into all that the employees behaviour and attitude will make you want to slap them.

I found this hotel through MakeMyTrip. Entrance welcome us by calm and pleasure feel. Hotel rooms are well cleaned and 24 hours hot water provisions. Room boy are very quick and active person.
While we were on route to the property, we were disappointed on the fact that this place was 20km away from Kodaikanal Town.
But when we reached there we realised we might not even go to Kodaikanal since the property in itself is very very beautiful.
Located just near the city (Nearby Tamil Nadu Hotel),the hotel is clean and provides You great hospitality.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides you almost every facilities from good rooms.
