If you want to save your money pls don't go here. Totally fraud hotel. Booking numbers are showing on the website different but he left the job. Room service was very bad, the manager's behaviour was very rude, we had complimentary breakfast but he told me our package was not breakfast. The location is also dirty. I request to all don't book this hotel. Today I left the hotel & booked another hotel at Darjeeling.
We booked 2 rooms in the first week of June 2023. They charged Rs.3800 for each room although similar rooms were charged Rs.2800 from other tourists as we came to know from the tourists staying at the hotel. Rooms were very small, damp and had to accommodate 3 persons in a double bed. Since Darjeeling is a cool place, we somehow managed. But the positive side is that the hotel has a good working lift. The staff did all cleaning and room service promptly wherever demanded. The Rooftop restaurant is beautiful as you can enjoy 180 degree view of Darjeeling and surrounding villages. Their food was really good like home cooked food. It was authentic Nepali dish. The hotel is very near Mall. But due to no entry, no vehicle is allowed to enter the road in front of the hotel. You need to walk till Prasar Bharati TV tower office to get your vehicle for sightseeing. It's only 6 to 7 minutes walk.

Very bad experience with bad room service in the hotel too much of electricity problem and after loadshedding there is no service pls don't go to this hotel
Better to stay at station rather than staying at this hotel...it's not even 1 star hotel...crampy rooms..horrible and pathetic service..room fon does not work..rooms not cleaned..no menu card..credit card machines does not work..toiletries not given (as assured during reservation confirmation)..1 towel provided for 3 guests..car does not reach upto hotel entrance...lift stops working after 9 pm...they are making a fool of all the guests...never never never ever will I book this hotel..
Recently I went to darjeeling for a small vacation with friends and family and stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Rooms were good but what made me completely unsatisfied is servicing what I didn't expect at all. Basic room amenities was also not provided properly against a well paid amount for the deluxe room. Management has to be more active and caring about this thing I feel.
I stayed their few days ago. This hotel is near to TV station. But you can also go their by walk from mall. Hotel staff was nice , very helpful. Recommend
