Nice & clean rooms, walking distance to markets, lake and many more activities. Staff was very co operative. Service was good and also food was delicious. Must be recommended. pure veg. Hotel.

Didnt expect much from this place after reading negative reviews but they pleasantly surprised me. Gave us a free room upgrade. Food was limited in option but tasty. There was running hot water at 6 am. Bathrooms could do with a little maintenance though. Good for 1-2 nights.

The location of the hotel was great, it was close to all the tourist attractions. However, the rooms were not clean properly, the bedsheets and blankets were stinking. Interior was very old and dirty. The staff was okay, but they were not very helpful. The swimming pool was indoor and very inner side of the basement, it was scary and not safe for girls. The food was bland and tasteless. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it is not worth the money what they are charging.

Had a delightful stay with the family. The rooms were well maintained with an awesome view from the balcony. The food and service was awesome.

I recently stayed in this property during month of august. The property is old and gives a feel it would be of 5 star however its not the case. The rooms are pretty average with some sort of seepage smell as soon as you enter. We stayed on room number starting with 10. Their door locks are so tight and even not working properly. Their is no tissue role in the washroom. Their bath tubs are not maintained as well. They also give only one water bottle that too only when you checkin after that if any water bottle you asks it would be chargeable. They have very specific timing's for hot water that is from 07:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The best part for this hotel its near to nakki lake, the best food hubs are near as well and the service from the staff is quite decent.Along with that their breakfast menu is quite simple with good taste we had pooru bhaji,poha,sandwitches and pasta which were delicious. DO NOT trust on the hotel pics shared over online booking platforms. In short rooms are average and if you are looking just for1~2 night stays under budget then this is a good option under 3 star category.

This place is a mess. The lift doesn't work, the rooms which were alloted to us initially were horrible, filled with pan masala wrappers, ear buds and smoke smell. So we requested them to vhange our rooms and they did, only to find out that there were hair on our bedsheet. It took them 5hrs to replace our bedsheet and pillow covers and another hour for comforter. They cleaned our bathroom twice and still there were bindis and hair everywhere. There are paan stains near the t.v. and when you feel dirty after all this then to top it all off the shower doesn't work. The price of this hotel should not go above 1.5k. The quality of hotel is poor, service staff tries to do their best. That is the only good part. The rooms stink, broken corners, dirty rooms, dirty beds, and stinky glasses as they were not cleaned since last few days. Good luck if you are planning to book this hotel.

Rooms are okay, not great for the money. No hot water during off hours. No fridge, hair dryer in washroom. both shower head and washbasin were not good. The bed sheet was not cleaned during check-in. limited parking space.
