If you are booking, Plz check if it is only delux rooms, plz dont do for it. those are pathetic. We stayed one day in the same room and changed it on my second day. We shifted to super deluxe room and it changed entire scenerio. Because Super delux room was awesome. all the things were good and excellent. If we talk about food, can't eat its food a single time. We eat food from outside and took breakfast only butter slices. They need to make delux rooms and food quality better.

Hotel service is tremendous, great view you can see from balcony and cozy environment food facility is also good in quality and quantity variety of food is available in veg or non veg. Staff service is also good and kind way of servicing of staff is polite and help full you can also guide them regarding any functions and cooking.

The most calming and a good view rooms. Homemade food with quality and special arrangements done by Mr.Afzal. Location is perfect and easily accessible to every nearby attractions.

Not worth the money, service was not upto the mark, you have to actually follow up to make your things done. Property is not well maintained and the food is not in taste not worth your pockets. I stayed here for a day but guess I made a mistake

It's a reasonable hotel in that area. Room service and restaurant service is very nice. Staff is very polite and helpfull. Food was really nice and of good quality. Room needs to be a bit clean. Overall a nice stay.

We love the structure of hotel, all builtup very nicely but need to maintain cleanliness. Room sizes was good, wardrobe and bed was good but washroom was not good, we took 4 rooms, out of which 2 washroom was not working or tap not working. Swimming pool is too good, big and nice but they don't clean water and not maintain, slide for child pool was broken. Area is too big for hotel but not maintain. For dinner we ordered Food and waited for 1 hour to come. They are not keeping vegetables. Outer space is good for children. Indoor games also broken and not maintain.

the rooms were too small. i had book3d deluxe room and it felt more like a standard room. the room was facing main entrance and hence i would hope the windows had double curtains for better privacy. Swimming pool was dirty not clean enough to get into. other than above 3 facts overall it was good. restaurant was good. valley view was good. staff service was good. ample parking. dj buffet by pool side was cool. overall value for money. i would recommend definitely make sure you ask for room not facing the bust entrance or reception area though.

We were two couples and were staying in two suite rooms (615 & 616). 616 is the better one with a balcony. Good part : Rooms were spacious and clean. Room service was good. Food was good (price to quantity ratio could be better) View from 616 balcony was awesome. Bad part: Bathroom ceiling in room 615 was literally leaking. Water was not getting drained after bath. Had to call housekeeping every time to clean the bathroom. I didn't feel anything "suite" kind of in it. There were too many flies (mkkhiyaaN) in the their restaurant. It definitely need renovation. We preferred having food in our rooms. Overall the resort is fine but few areas needs improvement. We got a good discount from one of the hotel booking sites hence booked the suites. If we would have booked it in the original price then it would not be that worth.
