Rooms very clean and maintained properly, and the pool is good, games area is also good.. overall it's a good resort, I recommend to book with a good view balcony rooms..
Pros: Room are clean. Hotel location is good. Comfortable beds. Cons: No soap. No toothpaste. No vegetarian option. No hot water if there are more guests. Food quality is disaster.
I loved the place, rooms are good too. Normal deluxe rooms are too small. But hygiene is good. Restaurant ambience is awesome. The worst part i experience here is there was no hot water. They are telling leave water for 10mins then it will come. So much of gallons of water wasted. Still no hot water. Please see through that.
Very bad service! We only went to the restaurant. It was empty at 2 in afternoon. While asking for menu, the manager said they have very limited options available so didnt give the menu. So we ordered a small amount of food since we were not sure of the quality, and decided to order more later. Then the restaurant started to become crowded. Once our food was served, we ordered some more. Surprisingly they denied service! The waiter just said that there were too many people and its too late for lunch! What kind of restaurant denies food ??? It was very embarrasing! By the time we finished whatever we ordered the restaurant was crowded and they were giving out menus and taking orders. Not sure what kind of biased behaviour was that. No wonder there were not a single person visible when we arrived there. Giving two star since the food taste and ambience was good.
We booked this hotel during the new year of Jan 2023. Rooms were neat and clean. Hotel staffs were nice to the guests. This hotel is mostly recommended for family's.

Great stay near Edakkal caves! Booked directly by calling the hotel, charged Rs.850 per head on weekdays with complementary breakfast. Clean rooms, swimming pool and responsive service. We also ordered dinner from the hotel, which also tasted good. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
