Rooms are clean and staffs are polite. Good hotel at this price range. Had a good stay.

Room are not cleaned, ants and mosquito everywhere and the bathroom don't provide hot water. Disgusting hotel and services don't go there ever.

Located at a distance close to Karaikal Railway station, stayed for two days in this hotel and their service was good rooms were maintained good

Very poor Cleanliness. Very money minded. Too costly but not worth for the money per day. Very small rooms. Water flow in toilet very slow. Lighting is not proper. So congested.

Horrendously dirty sheets and pillows with stains . Absolutely no service or finesse. This is a kind of place u should book if its the last place available, with no other option. Do not recommend. The only good thing was the hot water available in the bathroom even at 11.30 at night. Thats about it.

Very nice hotel,I visited during corona restrictions time, so there is no much more visitors, but the staff doing their duty usually. Cheap and best for your budget, located in prime place.

Hotel Situated in center, so easy to go anywhere from here. We stayed in the suite which had sofa and good beds. Service was good, but we only stayed for a night, so was not able to experince their full hospitality. Parking is a problem, we had to park our car in a side street, was scared to park in main road, since the buses and cars where driving rashly. The bed and pillow covers where dirty, was not washed throughly and there where stains in the bed sheets. The extra bed was comfortable though. We skipped breakfast since it was at 9:00 AM and had to leave early.
