I recently stayed at Hotel Moti Mahal in Udaipur, and I must say, the service was absolutely appalling. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the staff had no interest in making my stay comfortable or enjoyable. First of all, the check-in process was incredibly slow, and the receptionist seemed disinterested in helping me. When I finally got to my room, I was shocked at how dirty and poorly maintained it was. The sheets were stained, and the bathroom was in desperate need of a deep clean. Throughout my stay, I tried to get assistance with various issues, but the hotel staff appeared indifferent to my requests. It took ages to get a simple request fulfilled, such as fresh towels or a working TV remote. The restaurant's food quality was subpar, and the service was equally disappointing. It seemed like the staff couldn't be bothered to attend to the guests properly. Overall, my experience at Hotel Moti Mahal was extremely unpleasant, and I would strongly advise against staying there if you're looking for even basic levels of service and cleanliness. It was a regrettable choice, and I will not be returning.

The behavior of the staff in hotel moti mehal udaipur is very bad and the food here is absolutely useless and the rate of food is arbitrary and I had booked a Deluxe room but they gave me another room.

Absolutely rubbish hotel, I have not seen such poor service till date, the room was shown separately in the photo and in reality those rooms were not there. And the behavior of the staff there was so bad that I didn't even feel like talking to them. No food after 10 pm, no outside food allowed, and hotel charged extra for drinks, overall worst hotel and service, we didn't feel like visiting Udaipur anymore.
It was the grat stay with .... The housekeeping team nailed it....Room are proper cleaned and washroom clean nice bad making. Gym and spa also clean.housekeeping team is a great job. Hope fully see you again soon.....
