Though the employees were friendly, the hotel was in awful condition. Tobacco stains are all over the walls as you walk up, and there is no elevator as it appears to be broken. Once we got to the room, it was in terrible shape- the sheets on the bed were torn and had stains, and the room had a nasty smell. This hotel jacked up the prices by nearly 17x what it's usually worth (yes, you read that right) for the World Cup, and it was an absolute rip-off. The owner of this hotel should he ashamed of themselves for charging people this much and giving such low-quality service to its guests. We were not the only ones complaining as many of the other guests were as well. Safe to say I will not be visiting again.
I recently had an amazing experience staying at Hotel Motera Inn. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The bed sheet was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was working perfectly. Additionally, the room came equipped with a TV, which was a nice touch. The only issue I faced during my stay was that the fan regulator was not working properly. However, the staff was quick to respond and help me with any problem I had during my stay. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Ahmedabad.
